Chris Webb at sunset

Chris Webb

vCIO / Senior IT Strategist

Chris founded Citadel after 18 years serving organizations across the Buffalo region. As vCIO and Senior IT Strategist, he brings a security-first, service-obsessed approach to every client relationship, helping more than 50 small businesses across Buffalo, New York City, and Chicago stay protected and productive. Off the clock, he produces electronic music and DJs as Space Boy—proof that even the infrastructure guy appreciates a properly engineered drop.

Paul Green, Senior Engineer

Paul Green

Senior Engineer

With 25 years in IT, Paul keeps Citadel’s technical engine running smoothly across automation, workflow optimization, AI integration, network design, and application consulting. When a sluggish network or underperforming application is getting in the way, he digs in, tunes the infrastructure, and sends the bottleneck packing. When he is not optimizing systems, you can usually find him hosting Bills-game barbecues around an outdoor flat screen built for serious fourth-quarter analysis.

Tom Smith, Digital Growth Engineer and SEO Strategist

Tom Smith

Digital Growth Engineer / SEO Strategist

Tom turns marketing spend into measurable momentum. With a decade of experience spanning construction, sales, and app development, he pairs website engineering, SEO, and practical growth strategy to help businesses earn more of the right attention. His website consultations start with an honest look under the hood, then build a smarter route to visibility and conversion. Outside of work, Tom produces and plays guitar across soul, jazz, acoustic, and rock—so if your playlist leans Jimi Hendrix, Dave Matthews, Radiohead, or Twenty One Pilots, the conversation will not run out of material.
